1. The service

ChartGrabber is a Chrome extension that extracts numeric data from charts rendered on web pages and lets you export it as CSV, Excel, or clipboard text. It is provided on an "as is" basis.

2. Free and Pro plans

The free plan includes 10 extractions per calendar month; the counter resets on the first day of each month. Pro removes that limit and unlocks Excel export and network JSON capture. Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime license.

3. Payment and licensing

Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record for all purchases. After purchase you receive a license key by email; entering it in the extension activates Pro on that device. Each license may be activated on a limited number of devices. Because Gumroad counts activations and cannot reverse them, removing a license from a device does not return that activation to your allowance — email us if you have genuinely run out and we will sort it out.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal link in your purchase email; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

If ChartGrabber does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

5. Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use the data you extract. Do not use ChartGrabber to violate a website's terms of service, to infringe copyright or database rights, or to circumvent access controls. You must not resell, redistribute, or share your license key.

6. No guarantee of extraction

Charts on the web are built in many different ways. Some charts cannot be read at all, and values recovered by SVG reverse-engineering are approximations, clearly marked as such in the interface. We do not warrant that any particular chart will be extractable or that recovered values will be exact.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartGrabber is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made on the basis of extracted data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. We may suspend a license that is being shared or resold in breach of section 5.
